INJECTION PLASTIC

We accept Injection Molding in various sizes and qualities. Our machines have capacities between 60 -1200 tons. For customers who already have moldings, we can use the customer's moldings and transfer the moldings to our facility.

MATERIAL INJECTION

The plastic materials we use during production

ABS MATERIAL

Several characteristics of ABS plastic such as good impact strength and high dimensional stability make ABS suitable for outdoor applications.

PC MATERIAL

Polycarbonate is an amorphous thermoplastic that is naturally transparent. Although commercial products made from polycarbonate plastic are available in various colors, the raw material polycarbonate actually has a level of light transmission that is almost the same as glass material.

PP MATERIAL

PP is used in household and industrial applications. It is because of its unique properties and ability to adapt to various fabrication techniques that it stands out as a very useful material for a variety of uses.

TPU MATERIAL

Meltable thermoplastic elastomer. It has the characteristics of plastic and rubber. Hence, it exhibits properties like excellent durability, flexibility and tensile strength. It meets the needs of many demanding applications.

POM MATERIAL

POM is a kind of hard and elastic material, which has good creep resistance, geometric stability and impact resistance even at low temperatures
